St. Petersburg, FL to Hold a Discussion Regarding Designs for Co-Living Housing

The Council will hold a discussion on creative solutions and options to meet our affordable housing shortage. Specific topics to be addressed would include design guidelines regarding co-living housing, citywide parking regulations for single-family homes under 1000 sq ft, and any other city regulations that interfere with the production of these solutions. (Councilmember Gabbard)
