San Juan Capistrano, CA Adopts Ordinance Requiring Installation of Solar Heating for New Swimming Pool Construction
The City Council adopted Ordinance No. 947, adding Section 8-6.03 to Chapter 6 of Title 8 of the Municipal Code requiring the installation of solar heating for new swimming pool construction.
