Los Angeles, CA to Continue Consideration of Basin Solar Power, Green Energy and Jobs Development Program
The City Council will consider a resolution placing the Los Angeles basin solar power, green energy and jobs development program before the voters at the March 3, 2009 Primary Nominating Election. A Charter amendment and ordinance may be necessary to effectuate the required actions relative to this matter. After an opportunity for public comment, the Committee recommended that Council approve the CLA report recommendations as amended.

| | 02/17/09 | At the 11/4/08 meeting, the City Clerk transmitted file to Rules and Government Committee Clerk to verify file content. On 2/8/09, the Greater Valley Glen Neighborhood Council submitted a Community Impact Statement (attached below).
| | 11/05/08 | The City Council will continue discussion and consideration of the resolution at the 11/5/08 meeting.
| | 11/03/08 | The City Council will hold a discussion and consider the resolution at the 11/4/08 meeting.
