OrdinanceWatch™ Member Builder is that kind of service!
Associations are constantly trying to promote their relevance and value to their members, and it can difficult to quantify what the value is. Member services that provide direct evidence of your association’s efforts are the most tangible evidence of what you do for them. OrdinanceWatch™ Member Builder is an association branded information service that will put your name in front of your membership. We do what no other member benefit can do: Help your members address the local government challenges they face.
For just $2,500 annually, your association members will be alerted about issues in any of the 67 counties and 316 cities we monitor in the state of Florida. Additionally, all of your members will have access to your OW RSS feed on your website. It updates automatically and is hassle free.
As a Member Builder customer, you will be able to provide this valuable information service to your members
We monitor 119 issue areas in all 67 counties and 316 cities in the state of Florida.
When we find an issue on one of those agendas, we enter it into our archive and
the information is filtered out to those subscribers whose account criteria match that
issue.
We will work with you to design an association branded issue page that will contain
your contact information. Additionally, with our announcement editor, you will be
able to populate information in a section of your issue page that promotes other
events or services and change it whenever you want.
We will set up an OW RSS feed for your website that contains a list of issues
that are updated automatically when we enter new issues into our system. Your
members will be able to click the links in this list and view the issues within your
association branded advisory page.
We will provide you with a coupon code that you can distribute to your members,
allowing them to go directly to our website and tailor an advisory to their own
interests.
After your members have registered, they will begin receiving email advisories as
issues matching their interest criteria are entered into our system.
