The Commission will consider Ordinance No. 2026-016: (Community Development Services) (First Reading) An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Wilton Manors, Florida, Amending the Unified Land Development Regulations (“Uldr”) by Amending Article 30. “Urban Center Mixed-use Districts”; Amending Purpose and Intent, Definitions, Detailed Table of Permitted and Prohibited Uses, Alcoholic Beverage Sale Within the Urban Center Districts, Standards For Lots and Urban Form, Building Design Provisions, Offstreet Parking Requirements, and Signage; Providing for Codification; Providing for Severability; Providing for Conflicts; and Providing for an Effective Date.
