Escambia County, FL to Consider Extending One-Cent Local Option Sales Tax

The Commission will schedule a public hearing for July 23, 2026, at 5:35 p.m., to consider directing the Supervisor of Elections to place a referendum election on the November 3, 2026 general election ballot to extend the one-cent Local Option Sales Tax, previously imposed by Ordinance 2014-32, for ten years from January 1, 2029, through December 31, 2038.
