Weston, FL to Consider Ordinance Increasing Local Business Taxes

The Commission will consider An Ordinance of the City of Weston, Florida, amending the Code of Ordinances of the City, by amending Section 40.01, “Payment of Local Business Tax” of Chapter 40, “Local Business Tax Receipts,” increasing the Local Business Tax rates by five percent effective October 1, 2026 for engaging in business within the City; and providing for an effective date.
