Coral Springs, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Industrial Zoning District Definitions and Uses

The Commission will Request to hold public hearing and approve the first reading of Ordinance 2026-101, amending various sections of Chapter 25 of the Land Development Code of the City of Coral Springs, entitled “Zoning Ordinance”, to include definitions and additional uses in the B-2 and B-3 business zoning districts and IC and IRD industrial districts; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; providing for codification; and providing for an effective date, and set second reading to April 1, 2026.
