The Council will consider A Proposed Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of North Miami, Florida, Authorizing the City Manager to Initiate the Process of Utilizing the Uniform Method for the Levy, Collection, and Enforcement of Non-ad Valorem Assessments, Pursuant to Florida Statute Section 197.3632, for the Collection of Fees Related to Residential Garbage, Trash, and Recycling Collection Services; Providing for an Effective Date and All Other Purposes.
