Miami, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Auto-Related Commercial Regulations

The Commission will consider An Ordinance of the Miami City Commission Amending Ordinance No. 13114, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, as Amended (“miami 21 Code”), Amending Article 6, Titled “supplemental Regulations,” to Clarify Auto-related Commercial Regulations, Update Associated Design Standards, and Streamline the Process for the Reestablishment of Those Recently Operating; Making Findings; Containing a Severability Clause; and Providing for an Effective Date.
