An Ordinance of the City of Panama City Beach, Florida,
Establishing the Water, Sewer, and Reclaimed Water Rates
For Fiscal Year 2026 and Thereafter; Increasing the Water
Rates in the Amount of Five Point Five Percent (5.5%) and
Increasing Sewer and Reclaimed Water Rates in the
