The Commission will consider An Ordinance of the Miami City Commission Amending Chapter 62/article Ii of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as Amended ("City Code"), Titled "Planning and Zoning/comprehensive Planning," More Particularly by Amending Section 62-12 of the City Code, Titled “fee for Inspections and Examinations of Plans for Compliance With the Provisions of the City Zoning Ordinance,” to Update the Zoning Plan Reviews Fee; Containing a Severability Clause; and Providing for an Effective Date.
