The Commission will Consider an Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Oakland Florida, Amending Chapter 22 Entitled “water”; by Specifically Amending Section 22-8 Entitled “water Service Rates, Fees and Deposits”, Section 22-8.2 Entitled “annual Consumer Price Index (Cpi) Adjustment”, Section 22-12 Entitled "Water Service, Establishment and Discontinuance of Service, Invoicing and Delinquency", Section 12-17 Entitled "Unauthorized Use of Tampering", and Section 22-19 Entitled "Water Shortage; Water Shortage Emergency; Curtailment, Restriction of Certain Uses of Water", to Provide for Water Rates and Fees to Be Set by Resolution; Providing for Severability; Providing for Conflicts; Providing for Codification; Providing for an Effective Date.
