The Commission will Discuss, Consider and Act on Ordinance 2025-04, an Ordinance of the City of High Springs, Florida Calling for Referendum Questions to Be Placed Before the Qualified Electors of the City of High Springs at The Next General Election Which is Scheduled for Tuesday, November 4, 2025; Providing Referendum Questions Determining Whether to Amend Chapter 10, Alcoholic Beverages, Specifically Amending Section 10-2 Relating to Hours of Sale, Days of Sale, and Eliminating the Need and Ability for a Special Permit; Providing Amendments to Section 10-2 of the Code of Ordinances for the City of High Springs; Providing for the Full Text of the Proposed Amended Code Section for the City of High Springs; Providing for Requisite Ballot Language; Providing for Repeal of All Conflicting Ordinances; Providing for Severability and Providing an Effective Date.
