The Commission will consider A Resolution of the Mayor and City Commission of The City of North Miami Beach, Florida, Establishing The Proposed Millage Rate for the Levying of Ad Valorem Taxes for the City of North Miami Beach For Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Commencing October 1, 2025. The Calculated "Rolled-back" Rate, and the Date, Time and Place for the First and Second Public Budget Hearings as Required by Law; Directing the City Clerk and City Manager to Transmit This Resolution With the Property Appraiser of Miamidade County Pursuant to the Requirements of Section 200.065, Florida Statutes, and the Rules and Regulations of the Department of Revenue for the State of Florida; Providing for Implementation; and Providing for an Effective Date
