Belleair Bluffs, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Business Hours for Businesses Within 250ft of a Residential Structure

The Commission will Consider Proposed Ordinance 2025-07 an Ordinance of the City of Belleair Bluffs, Florida, Amending Section 102-50f. (Commercial General District) of Article Ix (Land Use Category) of Chapter 102 (Land Development) of Part Ii (General Legislation) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Belleair Bluffs to Revise the Hours of Operation for Every Personal Service, Retail or Commercial Use Within 250 Feet of a Residential Structure to Be Closed Between the Hours of 1:01 a.m. And 6:00 a.m. Sunday Through Thursday and Between 2:01 a.m. And 6:00 a.m. On Friday and Saturday; Providing for Conflict; Providing for Severability; Providing for Codification; and Providing for an Effective Date of This Ordinance.
