| The Commission will Hold a Public Hearing to consider the adoption of an Ordinance of the Polk County
Board of County Commissioners repealing and restating Ordinance 91-13, the
“Polk County Waterway Protection Code”, as amended, to update and clarify
language, add and amend definitions, and create authority to establish
designated swim areas and vessel exclusion zones. |
