Bradenton, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Pawn Shops and Homeless Facilities

Staff recommends that City Council approve Ordinance 4008 on First Reading and schedule a public hearing and Second Reading for February 8, 2023. The Planning Commission Voted 6-0 to recommend approval with the stipulation that the Ordinance omit limits on recovery centers and that this use be address later.
