Fort Walton Beach, FL to Consider an Ordinance Affecting Fence Heights for Certain Districts

The Council Recommends City Council adoption of Ordinance 2102 to amend Chapter 5 of the LDC to allow for eight (8) foot fence heights on side and rear yards in the R-1E, R-1, R-2, YC, CF, MX-1, and MX-2 zoning districts and amend the requirement for finished sides of fences to face outward. (Growth Management)
