The Council will Consider Ordinance No. 649 - an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange City, Florida, amending the Code of Ordinances Chapter 17.3 Utilities, article III wastewater system to provide new septic system definitions and terms of availability; repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; and providing for an effective date.
