Cape Coral, FL to Hold Public Hearing of Ordinance Regarding Vacation Rental Regulations
|
The City Council will consider Ordinance 19-17 to amend Article II of the Land Use and Development Regulations to include Vacation Rentals as a Permitted Use in certain zoning districts. It also amends Article III to create Section 3.30 which establishes regulations and procedures pertaining to vacation rentals. The ordinance also amends Chapter 11 of the Code of Ordinances to establish business tax requirements for vacation rentals.
