Lauderhill, FL to Consider Ordinance Increasing Water Rates
The Commission will consider Ordinance No. 26o-09-133: An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Lauderhill, Florida, Amending the City’s Code of Ordinances by Amending Chapter 21 “Water and Sewer Service”, Article Iv “Department of Environmental and Engineering Services, Rules, Regulations and Rates”, Section 21-47 “Schedule of Rates and Charges” to Increase Water, Sewer, and Stormwater Rates by the U.s. Department Of Labor Consumer Price Index (CPI); Providing for the Automatic Implementation of This Increase as the CPI Increases; Providing for Conflicts, Severability, and Codification; and Providing for an Effective Date (Requested by City Manager Kennie Hobbs, Jr.).
