Article Ii, “Recyclable Waste,” Section 10-22 “Fees” to
Update the Fee Schedule Effective October 1, 2026;
Providing for Conflicts, Severability, and Codification;
And Providing for an Effective Date (Requested by City
Manager Kennie Hobbs, Jr.).
