The Commission will Adopt Ordinance 1719 on First Reading – an Ordinance of the City of Cocoa Beach, Florida, Amending the City’s Regulations Governing the Parking and Storage of Vehicles, Boats, Utility Trailers, Recreational Vehicles, Special Purpose Vehicles, and Semi-trucks and Tractor-trailers; Establishing Standards for Parking and Storage on Vacant Parcels, Public Sidewalks, Rights-of-way, and Private Property; Providing Separate Parking and Storage Requirements for Residential and Commercial Districts; Providing for Vehicle Size, Number, Location, Screening, Registration, Maintenance, and Temporary Parking Requirements; Amending Related Provisions of the City Code; Providing for Severability, Conflicts, Codification, and an Effective Date.
