Riviera Beach, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Noise Regulations
The Council will Hold Consider Ordinance Number 4322: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Florida, amending Chapter 11 of the City’s Code of Ordinances entitled, “Nuisances,” Article IV, “Noise,” by repealing Article IV in its entirety and adopting a new Article IV, entitled “Sound,” to revise and consolidate the City’s sound and noise regulations, including standards for outdoor sound amplification devices, certified outdoor venues, enclosed places of public entertainment, and exterior sound levels by zoning district; providing for definitions; providing for outdoor venue approval criteria; providing for enforcement; providing for codification; providing for END OF CONSENT AGENDA severability; providing for conflicts; and providing for an effective date.
