The Commission will Document the Assessment of the Costs Incurred by the City Pursuant to Chapter 7, "Buildings and Building Regulations", Article VII, "Unsafe Building Abatement Code", of the City Code of Ordinances for the Abatement of Certain Nuisances (Unsafe Structures) within the City; Levying Special Assessment Liens on said Properties Identified herein; Providing for the Recording of this Resolution in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida; and Providing for Conflicts, Severability, and an Effective Date.
