Sarasota, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Hours for Paid Parking in the City
The Commission will Hold Public Hearing Re: Proposed Ordinance No. 26-5590, amending the Code of the City of Sarasota; Chapter 33, Traffic and Motor Vehicles; Article IV, Stopping, Standing, or Parking; to increase the number of hours during which paid parking is in effect for on-street parking spaces, for surface parking lots and for City parking garages as more fully set forth herein; and to further increase fines for violation of City parking regulations as more fully set forth herein; providing for the severability of the parts hereof; repealing ordinances in conflict, etc. (Title Only)
