The Commission will consider Ordinance 2026-05. An Ordinance by the City Commission of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Flagler Beach related to the use of electric bicycles, E-Bikes, and Off-Road Electric Motor Driven cycles; providing for enforcement and penalties for violation; providing for severability, codification, conflicts , and an effective date (First Reading).
