The Commission will Hold PUBLIC HEARING (LDCT-2025-25 Communication Towers) (First Reading) to consider the adoption of an ordinance amending the Land Development Code to lower the level of review for Monopole Communication Towers in non-residential districts; to modify Communication Tower conditional use standards; and add standards and a definition for Mobile Communication Towers. (No Fiscal Impact)
