The Commission will consider An Ordinance of the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, Amending Chapter 98, Entitled “streets and Sidewalks,” by Amending Article V., Entitled “maintenance of Sidewalks and Swale Areas,” by Amending Section 98-166 Thereof, Entitled “duty to Maintain Sidewalks and Swale Area,” by Clarifying the Duties and Responsibilities Set Forth Therein; and Providing for Repealer, Severability, Codification, and an Effective Date.
