The Council will consider Ordinance Number 4305: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, amending Chapter 22 of the Codes of Ordinances Entitled Buildings and Building Regulations Article VI, Entitled Road Impact Fee by updating and revising Section 22-187 entitled Computation of the amount of road impact fee providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
