The Commission will consider Resolution 2025- 055, A Resolution Opposing Repeal of Section 205, Florida Statutes, Relating to Local Business Taxes Request to approve and adopt Resolution 2025-055, opposing House Bill 103 and Senate Bill 122 which seeks to repeal Section 205 of the Florida Statutes relating to local business taxes; authorizing and directing the City Clerk to transmit this resolution to the appropriate parties; providing for an effective date. (REQUEST TO APPROVE, ADOPT, AUTHORIZE, DIRECT)
