Tampa, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Chapter 25: Transportation Impact Fees
The Council will consider An Ordinance of the City of Tampa, Florida, amending City of Tampa Code of Ordinances Chapter 25, Article i:Section 25-69, computation of amount of multi-modal transportation impact fee;repealing and replacing City of Tampa Code of Ordinances Chapter 25, Exhibit I; by increasing the multi-modal transportation impact fee; making findings; adopting an updated impact fee study; providing for adoption and imposition of amended multi-modal transportation impact fees; by repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith; providing for severability; providing an effective date.
