An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Amending Chapter 78 - Land Development at Article Iii. - Development Review Procedures by Repealing Division 4. - Citywide Impact Fees and Mobility Fees, and Readopting Same, as Revised, in Order to Revise the City’s Impact Fee Schedule in Accordance With the Most Recent Localized Data for Parks and Recreation, Fire Protection/ems, Police Protection, and Public Facilities; Providing for and Declaring the Extraordinary Circumstances That Necessitate the Adoption of the Updated Impact Fees at the Fully Calculated Rate as of the Effective Date of This Ordinance; Providing a Conflicts Clause, a Severability Clause, and Authority to Codify; Providing an Effective Date; and for Other Purposes.
