| The Council will Hold First Reading, Ordinance No. 01-2024 to amend sections 21-
176, 21-177, and 21-178 of Part II, Subpart B, Chapter 21, Article II, Division 9 of the City’s
Code of Ordinances - Land Development, to update and clarify the uses permitted, prohibited
uses, and uses allowed as a special exception in the C-2 Limited Commercial Zoning District;
and schedule the Second Reading and Public Hearing on, Ordinance 01-2024, for Monday, April
15th. |
