Palmer, MA to Hold Public Hearing of Ordinance Affecting Ground-Mounted Photovoltaic Systems
The Palmer Town Council will consider Ordinance 2019-02 to consider amending the Town of Palmer Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 171, by enacting a six month moratorium on Large Scale, Ground-Mounted Photovoltaic Systems as currently allowed per Article XXIII, c.171-126 of the Palmer Zoning Ordinance.
