Westfield, MA to Hear Report Related to Marijuana Shops
The Council will consider a petition amending zoning Section 4-90 Marijuana Establishments, delete Section 3-120.3(14) Business B Special Permit uses for Marijuana Dispensary and replace Section 3-130.2(23) Industrial A uses with the following: 23. Marijuana Shop in accordance with Section 4-90.

07/05/18  The Council will hear a report on the amendment at the 7/5/2018 meeting.

06/21/18  The Council will hold a public hearing at the 6/21/2018 meeting.
