Dania Beach, FL Adopts Ordinance regarding Lighting Requirements for Marine Turtle Protection The City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 2011-029 providing for the protection of sea turtles on the
beaches within the jurisdictional boundaries of the city of
Dania Beach by amending section 5-1.3, entitled "Definitions"
and by creating section 18, entitled "Lighting Requirements for
Marine Turtle Protection" of chapter 5, entitled "Animals and
Fowl" of the city code of ordinances.

Additional information: Prior to engaging in any lobbying activities, whether or not compensation is paid or received in
connection with those activities, each lobbyist shall register.
Registration statements shall cover the time period of January 1 of a given year through
December 31 of the same year. Registration fees cover lobbying activities during the effective
period of the registration statement. A new registration statement shall be filed, and all required fees shall be paid, prior to engaging in any lobbying activities after expiration of a previously filed registration statement.
