Riviera Beach, FL Rejects Ordinance Regarding Zoning for Scrap Metal Processing Facilities The City Council rejected adoption of an ordinance that would have amended chapter 31 of the code of ordinances, entitled zoning by amending article VI, entitled supplemental district regulations; by creating a new section, entitled IG general industrial scrap metal processing overlay zone.
