The City Council adopted an ordinance amending section 78-84 of the Land Development Regulations (LDR) contained in the code of ordinances of the city of
Hialeah Gardens, Florida, conditionally
providing to add metal, as acceptable
residential roofing material, except in
the Estate Residential District.
