West Palm Beach, FL Adopts Ordinance Declaring a Moratorium for the Issuance of Permits or approval for the Establishment of Pain Management Clinics
The City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 4256-10 declaring a moratorium as to the and/or issuance of any permit or approval for the establishment of a pain management clinic within the City.

03/04/10The ordinance wad adopted at the 2/8/10 meeting.
02/04/10The City Commission will hold a public hearing and second reading at the 2/8/10 meeting.
01/22/10The City Commission will hold a public hearing at the 1/25/10 meeting. A second reading is tentatively scheduled for 2/8/10.
