Titusville, FL to Hold Public Hearing and Second Reading of Foreclosed Property Registry Ordinance
The City Council will consider Ordinance No. 45-2009 amending Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances by adding Article V by requiring mortgagee registration relating to real property mortgages in default; providing for an electronic form of registration process and fee; requiring maintenance and security for real property in default; prohibiting obstruction of code enforcement officers; providing for immunity of code enforcement officers; providing for additional security.

Issue History
12/07/09The City Council will hold a public hearing and second reading at the 12/8/09 meeting.
11/09/09The City Council plans to hold the second reading and public hearing at the 11/10/09 meeting. However, Staff recommends postponing action on this ordinance and agreement until the 11/24/09 meeting to allow for further refinement of these documents.
10/28/09According to the City Clerk a public hearing is tentatively scheduled for 11/10/09.
10/26/09The City Council will hold a first reading at the 10/27/09 meeting.
