Hillsborough County, FL Adopts Ordinance Regarding Property Maintenance Standards
The County Commission adopted an ordinance regulating property maintenance standards in Hillsborough County, known as the Hillsborough County Property Maintenance Code, and repeal County Ordinances 04-18 and 96- 2. This agenda item will not require any additional funding beyond that currently allocated, and can therefore be adequately handled within the Code Enforcement Department’s currently approved budget.

11/03/09The County Commission will hold a public hearing at the 11/4/09 meeting.
10/20/09At the 10/21/09 meeting, the County Commission will consider a request to advertise the ordinance and set a public hearing for 11/4/09.
