Pompano Beach, FL Adopts Ordinance Regarding Turtle Lighting The City Commission adopted an ordinance amending Chapter 155, "Zoning Code," by amending Section 155.139, "Lighting Requirements for Marine Turtle Protection," to reference the appropriate State Agency and to provide exemptions from requirements.
