Homestead, FL Adopts Ordinance to Increase Water Conservation among Commercial and Residential Users The City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2010-11 amending the
city code of ordinances by amending chapter 28 Utilities,
article II Water, to establish division 4 Water Conservation
Programs, to establish a water fixture retrofit program to
encourage and provide for incentives for installation of low flow
water fixtures to increase water conservation among
commercial and residential water utility customers.
