Hillsborough County, FL Adopts Ordinance Regarding Property Maintenance Standards The County Commission adopted an ordinance regulating property maintenance standards in Hillsborough County,
known as the Hillsborough County Property Maintenance Code, and repeal County Ordinances 04-18 and 96-
2. This agenda item will not require any additional funding beyond that currently allocated, and can therefore
be adequately handled within the Code Enforcement Department’s currently approved budget.
