Hallandale Beach, FL Adopts Ordinance Regarding Minimum Property Maintenance and Occupancy Code
The City Commission adopted an ordinance amending Chapter 14 "Minimum Property Maintenance and Occupancy Code" by Creating Article IV, "Lot Maintenance and Clean Up" in Order to Require the Clean-up of Property Under Certain Conditions.

10/20/09The ordinance was adopted at the 9/16/09 meeting.
09/15/09The City Commission will hold a public hearing at the 9/16/09 meeting. There was a special meeting held on 8/26/09 where the Commission adopted the Ordinance on First Reading with a vote of 4/0.
