Parkland, FL to Hold First Reading of Ordinance Regarding Procurement Procedures
The City Commission will consider Ordinance No. 2009-27 amending section 2-143 of the City Code relating to Procurement, providing for a procedure to retain the services of more than one bidder where there is a request for a proposal or where it is in the best interest of the city to retain the services or more than one proposer.

Additional information: Lobbyists are required to file, on an annual basis, a registration statement for each employer on
whose behalf he or she lobbies before the City Commission, Board or city employee or official and to
notify the City of any changes to the information contained herein.
Each person who withdraws as a lobbyist for a particular person shall file a
notice of withdrawal as a lobbyist with the City Clerk.
The annual registration fee of $150.00 is to be included at the time of registration.
