Pembroke Pines, FL to Continue Final Reading of Ordinance Regarding Procurement Procedures and Promoting Business with the City
The City Commission will consider Ordinance No. 2009-17 amending
chapter 35 of the city's code of ordinances, entitled
"Procurement Procedures", by specifically creating
section 35.34, to be entitled "Promoting Business with the
city; no expenditure of Public Funds"; providing a mechanism whereby the city may enter into arrangements with private
businesses located within the city to provide certain
services, opportunities or other benefits to the citizens
and residents of the city.
Issue History
| 09/01/09 | The City Commission will continue the final reading at the 9/2/09 meeting.
| | 08/04/09 | The City Commission will hold a final reading at the 8/4/09 meeting.
| | 06/16/09 | The City Commission will hold a first reading at the 6/17/09 meeting. A second and final reading is scheduled for 8/4/09.
