Anyone is allowed 3 minutes to speak at a City Council meeting, just fill out a speaker's card and submit to the clerk before the meeting. To be placed on the City Council agenda, contact the City Manager's office, 407.847.2821. Requests to be placed on the agenda need to be received by 5pm the Wednesday before the meeting.
